Adding friends not working

The app is best poker app and also we meet nice people at times. The add friend option is not working properly most of the times. I send request to other players and they don't get it and when they send me friend request, I don't receive it. And also all the recently played players are showed offline to me even when they are playing at a table. Please please solve this issue. I lost so many nice people because of this.

Bad Gameplay issues

This is the 3rd time i approaching Zynga Team & Compliance regarding the issue of my zynga account being restricted and clearly I fail to understand here why my access to all tables has been denied? You can check complete player history of my account and Game ID for the past 3 months. I played regularly day & night over these past 3 months and started off with $2T poker chips and i played on $50B/100B fast table 9/9 where all the chips i got into my account were pure winning hands you can set up an inquiry and get it verified upon your earliest I don’t mind! However, i do observed some Turkish players playing with trillions of chips the past week and that too with beginner levels like level 40 Rookie @ the same table i played 50B/100B 9/9 maybe they were violating zynga gameplay rights and as a result the restriction is imposed to my account too! Even under this scenario i played fairly keeping to into consideration player’s security and 3 days back i reached to $245T chips all through my efforts and my abilities and my game knowledge and then i lost a few chips as well. Currently i have $199T in my account with Level 308 and yet i feel it’s unfair as my holdem tables access is limited without any reason without any process?? Kindly reply upon your earliest here. Furthermore, if the response from your side isn’t helpful and unfair i would have no choice but to boycott Zynga Poker!!

Not Good game

Hi everyone, i started playing this game around 9,10years ago, recently when i was playing i had 342 T chips and my account got suspended and they gave me 10M to play again, i wrote them email but no response, altough i did not act in any illegal manner, player have reported me because of jealousy of winning and them losing but i still played the game with that 10M and with hardwork and playing day ajd night i earned 432T or so, in interval on 2hrs when i login again i got msg that i have been ban, they dont have any proof or nothing and neither i did anything, i mailed them and they said i was transfering in another account, i said i can say on oath that i dont have anyother account nor i did anything, so kindly lft my ban, they said they will not lift the ban. I have a proof that they have lift ban/suspension of players even who are in minus chips. Secondly i have noticed when ever player is winning big and reaches high level like more than 300T or so they suspend your account or ban you, you guys can observe that.
So guys dont earn big they will take it and after sometime they will suspend or ban you eventually. So this game is just time waste. They dont do justice or equality. They dont have anyproof to give for suspension or ban.
