Meet the creator: Andy Puddicombe spent 10 years travelling the world as a Buddhist monk before opening a meditation clinic for overworked professionals in London. It was there that he met Rich Pierson, who was burned out by his high-powered advertising agency job. The two joined forces to launch Headspace in 2010.
