全国光伏监测APP是依托全国光伏扶贫信息监测中心体系架构，利用“大物云智链”技术，构建的多元融合一体化移动端系统。涵盖规划建设、运行监测、运维管理、收益管理，异常排查、智能调研、故障诊断、监测报告、任务联动、典型案例、政策发布、碳减排特色服务等智能化服务，为扶贫、能源发改、电力部门、运维厂商、运维人员、调研机构等用户提供光伏扶贫信息监测综合性服务，实现扶贫电站全寿命周期管理。同时app内还需要获取用户的【Health】步行步数数据，用在电碳宝模块里面展示用户的绿色出行碳减排数据。打造一个应用、多级联动、全面监测、高效管理的全国光伏监测APP。
