Everything was fine on IP8. Now i changed my phone for IP12. Camera connecting with the app but it cannot load image from the camera, also there is no live view from camera. You also cannot enter the camera library. Mamy times i have been trying to uninstall and install aplication. Nothing help. I restarted the camera, also no changes.

Downloading a 3 minutes video to an iPhone is almost impossible. It starts downloading and every 5-10% it stops… hangs… it breaks by itself or you have to cancel it and start again… the good thing is that it starts from the moment it ended last time, but to download a 3 minutes clip you have to repeat this operation like 10 times…. Absolutely terrible experience. Sometimes you spend 15-30 minutes without success. It is like this for months. It used to work. I thought sth would be done with it but no… the download speeds are really low but I can bear with it. Just let me download my videos without any problems.

The login screen is horrible. Every time I want to download a recording I have to login login login. No FaceID integration straight away like in almost every other app. Again. It used to just work. I didn’t have to login every time I opened the app.

Good cameras, but totally, absolutely, terrible and unacceptable customer experience for this app. I have paid for a product that with this app I can’t use and there is no alternative. Regretting buying the 70mai dash cam just because of this app.

Does not download videos on the phone and it’s also not possible to upload e.g. to iCloud which makes it useless apart from that you can watch the recent videos in the app and see more details on the phone’s screen than on the device’s small one.
