I was very optimistic buying this camera. Unfortunatelly, th whole software is very annoying. You cannot enter the recordings in the app until you disconnect with Apple Car Play, then you have to reconnect it and it takes time and a lot of effort. The app is working slowly, the connection to the camera is lost after each connection to CarPlay, so practically you have to reconnect every time you want to look through the recordings. What’s more, the camera is very sensitive, it records many times during every parking episode, even without any obvious reason (yes, usually I check the recordings). The quality of the item and recordings is very good, but the software needs a huge update.

I have been thoroughly disappointed with the software of this dashcam. Every time I want to connect to the camera to download or view a recording, I must stop the vehicle and disconnect from Apple CarPlay. Even if my passenger wants to download the footage, it's simply not possible without interrupting the drive. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a major oversight in the user experience design.

On one occasion, I urgently needed to download a recording, but the app wouldn't allow it because an update was required. There is no option to bypass the update—you must update the camera first, or else you can't access your recordings. This is beyond frustrating, and honestly, it feels like a bad joke.

Moreover, connecting to the camera takes an unreasonably long time, and downloading recordings is also a slow process.

I will never purchase this device again because the software is so irritating and not user-friendly. While the recording quality is decent for the price, there are much better devices available that don't suffer from such software issues. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Application is not working properly! After connecting it to camera everything is ok. But when you get out from application and then try to get in - application dors not see camera. You need to remove it and add it again. It is annoying !!! Correct it asap!
