Poor customer support and slow reaction

I closed relation with this bank. They blocked my card due shopping without a reason (limits were set 4x above my order price). Then they blocked my second card when I wanted to transfer money to my account in other bank, to be able to order product. Guy on support chat just didn’t respond for the ‘why’ question and magically disappeared. He only said that request to unlock my card was sent to other department. No explanations no goodbye. When I asked if somebody is there the new guy answered, and like machine, the same story from the beginning. They unlocked card after few hours(!) In real bank they also blocked transaction but after call I’ve got full support and the transaction was done in less then 5min. They also said what was the reason. I ordered call on Aion website and they never called me back.

Horrible support

The only good thing about this bank is the interest on the savings account. Besides that, the experience is horrible. I had my PayPal transactions blocked twice, both times my debit card got suspended. It is impossible to call anybody, the only option to get in touch with support is very uncomfortable chat. The support seem not to care at all - no explanation, no apology, general „not my concern” attitude. Sales people called me in December and promised BLIK and instant transfers by the end of 2021. We are now in July of 2022 now, and not a trace of neither. Why promise if you are not sure that you can really deliver? On top of that, the app is barebones, and it feels like there have been no new features nor actual noteworthy updates since the launch.
