What does an Airalo eSIM plan come with?
• An Airalo package comes with data (e.g., 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, etc.) valid for a specified time period (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, etc.). If you run out of data or your validity period expires, you can top up your eSIM or download a new one right from the Airalo app.

How much does it cost?

Does an eSIM come with a number?

Quick and Easy

I needed some solution to have an internet communication during vacations and this company and app is offering verity of internet services in multiple countries. My parents and I downloaded this app and were using it in US for almost a month. Everyone was amazed how easy it was to setup eSIM, pay for it and start using after turning it on in US. We had no problems with services and I can recommend this app as a perfect solution if you would need any planned access to the internet as well as in an urgency.

Solid app with problems and poor Customer service

Inside the app about 20 times in many countries and became a heavy user until ahead of another trip I wanted to purchase another plan for the USA. Much to my surprise the app claimed I cannot install my card due to my operator’s and phones settings (same phone and settings I used all the previous times). I tried all the resets, wifi vs cellular etc and got in touch with Customer service providing them with all the info on what was already done. Now 8 hours later I finally got response telling me to do all I already tried (which means they DO NOT READ anything I said in my message before). Everything worked well with their competition that I tried after realising I am unable to work with Airalo anymore. So be careful, things work but when they do not, you really are on your own. Help desk has no clue and does not care. And neither do I as their ex Customer anymore. Major disappointment. I am awaiting my refund query right now for the data packs I could not even install. Try other services for your own sake

Not very reliable

I bought a data package for Switzerland, where I wanted to spend 4 nights. It started working on the airport and worked greatly for the first 3 days. On 4th day I completely lost internet at 15:00, what put me in an extreme position, because hotspots in Zurich are quite limited if you don’t own a telephone number (you usually need to receive a text message to be able to login to a hotspot). After 2h I found out I needed to switch off „Private Relay” in iphone settings. On the last day, when I was traveling to airport I didn’t have internet for half of the journey. It worked only after I figured out to click on „Network Selection” sim card setting and pause for a few minutes. Still something was wrong though, because the signal strength was displayed as 4 empty bars + LTE.
