AliExpress Shopping App 12+

The app is great, i use it often and i’m always pleased with the service.
i would however appreciate if the estimate of when the product will come would be more precise. Sometimes the product comes 2 weeks before it’s supposed to, sometimes it takes 3 months (when it was supposed to be faster). i do understand it’s because the prices are very affordable, but still. When the product reaches the my country it’s impossible to say when it will come.
also return policy and time it takes is absolutely too long and i find myself just not returning wrong or broken things, cause it’s to much work.
overall great app and products, but few things could be better!

First of all: tracking system. It’s most of the time useless. I’ve received an update that my order is leaving the customs in AliExpress app, while the order is already is at the local delivery company and is already being transported to my location. In other time no tracking was shown at all which is frustrating. I’ve once ordered something to the official AliExpress delivery box. Been waiting for over a month. Didn’t receive any credentials to pick up the parcel while not long after I was informed that my order returned to the sender and I received the refund. Second thing is the search tab. Many products are named ridiculously and they are unsearchable through the search tab. I don’t know which language I should use as it differs where I am at the moment. Next things is the suggestions and promoted products. Sometimes they are well delivered and sometimes I get some sort of underwear or stockings which I’ve never searched for. Improve those things.

Second update: a most promotions here is completely scam. I ordered an item on anniversary days in very good price (offer won after whole week day by day contest participation) but after two months I received money back. They make money on inflation and currency exchange. Local support in Poland is horrible, always choose English speakers. OLD (NON actual) Moneyhop is scam - one week there are system errors and rewards are unavailable, next week i was logged out, next week prizes was changed and coupons was removed NEW UPDATE: Moneyhop improved and works fine now STILL ACTUAL Coupon pals is also scam - I invited a new player and I didn’t receive any single point However Ali express as a shipping place is great, customer protection is awesome. Support is someone’s good someone’s poor. OLD: But application and promotions inside are completely scam. NEW UPDATE: Going to be better ;)
