Alior Mobile means safe, fast and convenient access to your bank account anywhere, around the clock. Install the application and manage your products, make transfers to a bank account or phone number, make mobile payments in stationary stores and online, and take advantage of personalized offers. If you do not have an account yet, create one via the application using VideoSelfie.

Manage your finances in the app

• check your account balance and the last 3 transactions before logging in
• authorize operations ordered in online banking in the application, without rewriting the SMS code
• choose and manage the benefits of Konto Jakże Osobiste
• change card PIN
• manage transaction limits for your payment cards
• open and close deposits
• take a quick special offer credit when you need extra cash

Payments and transfers

• Scan invoices (bills) or QR codes to make a transfer quickly
• pay with the BLIK code in shops and on the Internet
• make secure and instant transfers to a phone number
• contactless pay with your phone using Apple Pay
• withdraw money from ATMs using BLIK codes
• top up your phone
• buy public transport tickets and pay for parking lots (moBILET) and pay for highway tolls

Communication

• enable PUSH, e-mail or SMS notifications about account events
• contact the hotline directly from the application (after logging in there is no additional verification)
• use the option of ordering contact regarding the selected product
• send questions, suggestions or complaints via the message module
• activate BIK services and gain access to detailed information about your loans and liabilities

Security

• log in to the app securely with your fingerprint, Face ID or PIN
• if you lose your payment card, quickly block / unblock it in the application

The application is available in four languages: Polish, English, Russian or Ukrainian.

Overall it is good BUT

After the latest update i experience issue with available balance on the login screen.
I have it on in the settings section, but I still get the message “available balance is turned off”

I encourage you to update the application to the latest version 22.3.5 in which you can use the balance visibility without any problems before logging in. I encourage you to update the application and opinions :)

Can’t make a transfer

It’s been 4 months now since my first failed transfer - after confirming it, I got kicked from the account and it got blocked, so I had to call the bank in order to unblock it. It happens till this day, I’ve made that mistake many times and every time I had to call the bank. I’ve been to one branch to try to fix the problem with them, but they didn’t know what caused it. I’m using iPhone 8 plus, newest software. Please provide a fix EDIT in response to your question - it was a domestic transfer. I can pay with BLIK but when I try to make a domestic transfer the app blocks itself and I have to call the bank to unblock it. No additional options added to the transfers EDIT 2 I have tried that too, only option is to call the bank because I get an error/access denied type message. Funny thing is, when I block my app this way, I also cannot log into my account using the web browser.

Thank you for your answer. We are currently verifying the described situation and working on a fix. When it comes to resetting access, you can select More options on the login screen - Unblock access and reset it yourself.

Last update made my accounts disappear and much more

It's not the first time that I update the app and get a critical bug, but this time - in sync with April Fool's - really surprised me. Update from April 1st 2022, simply made all but 2 menus disappear. I have no access to my accounts anymore. Actually all functionalities disappeared but 1 card purchases history. The dashboard menu only says "You don't have any products" when I have several accounts in the bank. The products menu shows 1 card only. The my profile icon when clicked doesn't load anything, view totally empty. All other menus have disappeared. I already sent a very detailed message about this problem on their official communication channels (via Internet banking) twice and still wasn't contacted by them.

-- EDIT: Fixed with a new version after 17 days. I'm updating my review from 1 to 3 stars.

I encourage you to update the application to the latest version 22.1.7. The problem should no longer occur.
