Problem with purchase a Lucky Rabbit package.

Yesterday i bought the Lucky Rabbit package. Reginald the Koala for 15 days was a part off this package. But it doesnt work at all :)
Reginald stay outside the Shelter.... Can u fix it please?
Great game, but requires more attention from developers
I’m giving this game 1 star out of 5 not because I hate it or think it’s bad - the game has been great, but faulty pieces of equipment, glitches and lags are accumulating and developers do close to nothing to fix them. I want to attract more attention so they not only try to force paytoplay game, but also really improve the game.
The bugs:
1) alchemy logo - effects never disappear and your mobile phone will struggle if the fight is long and it happens a lot
2) amulet with turning tides ability - if your opponent has a Cossack character - the battle will get stuck, because the game will treat his spirit as a unit and will never let you kill the last unit.
3) developers stopped writing stats for equipment - it might say “it will deal damage” how much? 100? 1000? 5000? Almost impossible to check
4) old pieces of equipment which are the best are never on the market. And people will pay for it! Two most prominent examples - angelic candle and shamrock and rocket boots. I’d like to see them on sale.
I really love the game and donate regularly, but developers really need to change their approach.
Typically pay-2-win... not recommended
It's a waste of time for this game. Is badly positioned. Any development in this game lasts for months. You can grow faster, but you have to pay a lot. Development was solved much better in another game of this developer: Hustle Castle. And as for the American Dad game, it's a waste of time, it's a squat!
