best social media I ever had

There’s a lot of many different communities for every interest, I’ve found many good friends on this app with same interests as mine.
There are few things that are somewhat annoying about amino tho, for example sometimes the administration app does not want to work properly or just amino by itself doesn’t load (not by my internets fault). There’s also slight problem with communication with Team Amino, but those are little flaws that don’t usually matter for a normal user.
Wish there was the Polish language but other then that I absolutely recommend the app :D

live feature: serious failure to keep people safe

The live feature ruined this application.

The bar with the lives stays open even when you don't care about lives, maybe because you're here for writing, art, or whatever you feel passionate about. You cannot close it. This becomes very frustrating when your community has a set aesthetic, and the live bar looks like an ugly cluster of thirst.
Most of the streams are thirst traps, which is INCREDIBLY creepy because this app has LOADS of kids on it, it's 12+. Kids can't consent to seeing dirty stuff on streams like this, obviously...
Most of the thumbnails are cringy or very lewd, making it feel awkward to open the app in public or around family and friends.
Reporting streams for having actual nips and s/xual content does nothing, that same streamer seemingly gets to just carry on doing whatever they want, they just get automatically blocked (would be nice if the block was optional in case you want to report the stream again later).

0/10 it feels like the people overseeing the app completely don't understand who enjoys it, what the community wants, and what the community is actually like.

Please stop recommending lives to users over and over again, it's not going to make people like them.

One of my favorite apps

This app is amazing!
I really can’t express my gratefulness for its creators as I met a best friend on here!
It’s such a great feeling to know that people from all around the people who share the same interests can connect and show their love in many communities located in one simple app!
My only problem is that it crashes often but other than that, this app has no flaws, just cons!
