Importing video doesn’t work at all

I want my money back!
When I want to open a video it doesn’t show ANY file
I have iPad Pro 10,5 I also have iPhone XS and there it also doesn’t work. It cost way more than FlipaClip which I just fund and it don’t work! I want my money back. I don’t want product that can’t give me what’s offering
