The best shopping app I’ve ever used. It’s clear, well-designed and really made for having pleasure while shopping. It’s also easy to find things from pictures. Very much deserves five stars.

Poor help on the side of Asos

I have ordered Timberland boots with a 20% discount a week ago. Yesterday my parcel was supposed to be delivered. I have waited all day and had to leave the house at 5pm. Since 4pm I have tried contacting Yodel, with no success as all operators have been busy. I finally left a note at the door to leave the parcel at front as my building is very safe. After coming home from a meeting at 7pm I got a notification that my parcel has been denied at the door. I then tried to reach both yodel and asos and got no reply. I was finally accepted to a chat with Asos at 11 this morning and got simply told that my parcel is being returned to the warehouse and I will receive a financial return. I informed Hannah (Asos employee) that I do not wish to receive a return as the shoes that I ordered are no longer available in my size and with a discount. I also stated that I never denied the parcel and couldn’t contact neither Asos nor yodel. Hannah simply said that for security reasons she can not resend the parcel, when I asked for the reasons she ended the chat. This is highly unacceptable.

Problems with orders

The second time I am placing an order and it is not being realized. ASOS make big sales and can't serve that many customers. I am so upset, because I did not get a large order for the second time. Customer service is not working well. When I wrote an email to them, they didn't even do anything with my order or advise what to do. "There are technical problems with your order, the costs will be returned to your account within a few days" - this was the answer I received…
