Using the service requires the Audi connect plug and play app as well as an Audi DataPlug, which can be obtained from your Audi partner and connected easily with your vehicle.

For some time now, the app has spontaneously shut down and stopped working in the background. It's like it stops having connectivity after a few minutes

Last update and sad conclusion
After the last update something has happened with the track recording. Either the track is suddenly cut off or the GPS print is incomplete or even if the print is ok the distance is calculated wrongly. I had a long correspondence with support team but after all I can’t see any improvement in this case. All phone and app settings are set the same like before. I was pretty satisfied that I could follow my car performance but now it’s quite useless. Generally for gathering the petrol purchase it’s only ok.

Issues on iOS 16.4
Hi. Using app on ios16.4 when entering the Dashboard app is stuck, sometimes it start working normally, but after clicking on some option it getting freeze
