„Issue reading audio file”
Some audiobooks crash without any workaround and Audible doesn’t care.
This is a known problem, but Audible hasn’t done anything about it for years. The customer support page doesn’t work, so I basically wasted 20$ on a book which crashes after 2 hours.
How hard is it to test that an audio file works on iPhone before publishing it in your library?! Somehow other audiobook applications figured out how to play a sound recording without errors.
App is nice but double charging is not nice
I like the app, but it seems that Audible started for me two accounts for the same email and charged me double. It all got messy, customer service is not helpful at all, and it seems that there is no chance for reimbursement for the second account , neither for explanation why Australian offer was sent to my email, after I opened US account (I thought I was requested to confirm that I want to start the account - I did not realized they want me to open another). I read on the internet that other people had similar problem, either with double charge or double account. This problem ruined my experience with the app and left me irritated - it never happened to me with other subscription services that “accidentally” two accounts were opened for the same email address and password and I was charged double. So that’s why 1 star: double charge and not helpful customer service which send you back copy-pasted responses, not referring to your problem.

Upgrade idea
Hello, I really love your app and the availability of many books in many languages. The only thing that is a pity to me, is that you can’t share the books with your family, as normally you would with paper books. Therefore I would find it super lovely to introduce “family group” of for example four users with whom you could share your audiobooks.
