Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to.

If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning.

Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping.

As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper.

AutoSleep also integrates beautifully with the Eclipse Yourself and HeartWatch apps, our premier heart, health, activity, recovery and readiness monitoring apps.

Still the best, even with watchOS 7

This is still the best, most accurate and smart sleep tracking application out there. Have been using it since releasing, tried others, always back.
Today I tried the sleep tracking capability built on watchOS 7 and iOS 14. Well, the system says I did 8 hours. AutoSleep: 6,5 hours. And I know AutoSleep knows better. It even shows my Watch was charging in the meantime, which is true.
If you seek details about your sleep health, insights and guidance, look no further than this app.

Imprecise and difficult to use at the same time.

I’ve been using this app for 4 months with wearing Apple Watch SE to sleep and despite the fact that I really wanted to believe it was worth the money, it is unfortunately not worth the money - especially when there is a free built-in Health app that actually does the sleep tracking right and is far easier to use. Autosleep not only gives me false waking hours every couple of days, but also doesn’t let me manually correct them. Or rather it does, but only slightly. Problem is, sometimes even the most-corrected tile says I woke up 2 hours earlier than I really did. Funny thing, the Health app got it right as always. Long story short - you will waste money on the App, time on learning to use it (the interface is cluttered with a lot of info, some of it meaningless, some of it too imprecise to tell you anything anyway), only to find out that there’s no point using it. The question is how early you can find this out. I really love the idea of this app and the details that it offers, but if it cannot track wake-up hours successfully after a couple of months, then it’s a 2/5 at best. Cool idea, poor execution.

Nice app to track your sleep

I’ve bought full version of the app and I’m fully satisfied with it. Even though Apple Watch has now own module for sleep, it hasn’t so many functions. App can be difficult at the beginning, as there is a lot of tabs and information, but then you see and understand what is it for. I can recommend it to people that want to track sleep, as it has all necessary information.
