Not working properly

It takes few days to open and see messages I got and reply them - simply messages is not uploading, I can wait 5-10 minutes few times per day and yet it won’t open. It is extremely irritating, when you don’t have time to wait while app will be working when you have kids and looking for nanny. If I got message i need to try to open app few times per day and perhaps on the 2d or 3rd day it will open messages and I will be able to reply, and then again the same

Violating terms from Apple

This application storage all your data without possibility to delete by the owner user. Apple has described in the terms that It is a violation of the way apps must to work here. Also, in Europe it also violates the right to be forgotten provided as well by the law of data RGPD described in the article 17. Also the application enforce and promotes muslims culture to be forced as part for the service where many of them are spamming you with several messages everyday.

Hi there, so sorry to hear this was your experience. Our customer service team explained the impossibility of deleting your profile until your last babysitter was paid. She has been paid so your profile has been deleted. It is important to point out that our service encourages respectful and appropriate behavior across the platform. Any interpretation of this policy as religious or cultural enforcement is incorrect and reflects a misunderstanding of our guidelines. We have no further comments.
We have made further tweaks to the UI to make finding a babysitter and babysitting as easy as possible. We're always working to improve your experience.
