Introducing Bee The Change, The Food Rescue app, the app that connects food establishments who has surplus food with conscious consumers to purchase for next to nothing. Our mission is to address food insecurity by rescuing good food that would otherwise not get consumed.
According to a survey by the National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) about 40% of the food produced in restaurants does not get consumed, which means it’s wasted and contributes to landfills, which is both environmental and economic loss.
The Swacha Bharath Abhiyan estimated that the annual economic value of food wasted in India is around INR 92,000 crore.
At Bee The Change, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. we are reducing greenhouse gas emissions and conserving resources. We also work to educate the community about the impact of food waste on the environment and how it can make a difference.
With The Food Rescue app, food establishments can easily list their surplus food as treat bags in a few taps.

The consumers can discover a store that has listed a treat bag by logging into the app
They can book the treat bag at their convenience and collect the treat bag at the end of the day.
And enjoy their meal. It’s easy!
