Don't ever add your credit card details to the app
The application (at least it's Polish version) doesn't explicitly say that adding a credit card would automatically take a sum from it as a pre-paid credit. There's no choice for the sum after entering the card details - the maximum option is taken. I was returned the money to the card after protesting, but I wanted to remove my card from the apps data and it seems impossible. I tried it several times with different network options, but there's always an error popping out. I reported this and I tried the newest app version after yesterday's release, but the error is still there

terrible
I had a 20 PLN cupon which I decided to use. My ride was excactly 11 minutes so that means that I should have rode the scooter for free. Turns out that they took 30 PLN from my bank account but when you search up the history on my app i says that my ride was free. I wrote for help and they responded that my ride was indeed free. Do not recommend.
