Use to be good now is unusable

I give up! Map doesn’t load or loads after 5 minutes. When map finally shows, it is choppy and slow. Literally unusable! I will walk faster than this will work. I tried in Budapest, Krakow and Gdansk. Not sure what happened but it use to be good thing. Hope they will fix it. Rest (aside from map) is ok.

Good, using for half a year

My experience: + bigger speed of the bike than other providers allow + the covering territory is more than the other providers have + fast support respond through the app + positive resolution of requests, all my issues were resolved - starting and finishing don’t happen immediately, its postponed for up to 7 seconds, which abviously impacts the price - the price is bigger than other providers - when bike shows „6,2 km availability” - it hardly can pass 2,5 km, the bike stops almost immediately, in a dangerous way - the stop button is too fast

good service, but there is still a room for improvement

I ride often electric scooters and usually excites my trips, but quite periodically I face with slow scooters running max at 15-20 km/h instead of 25. It’s weird a bit, especially having new flat road behind my home, where I like to sprint this lap rapidly.
One more unhappy moment is raising charges from 0.59 zl to 0.79zl per min month ago - now competitors looks more attractive. Also please improve performance and redundancy of your ios mobile app.
