Jak na tak reklamowaną dietę, aplikacja jest słaba, wyglada jak aplikacje sprzed kilku lat. Przeglądanie menu niewygodne, najpotrzebniejsze funkcje ukryte
Brak zorientowania na klienta
Na 27 godzin przed nie mogłem zmienić maksymalnej godziny dostawy przez kuriera - ciężko im nanieść zmianę na dzień przed w czymś co powinno być zupełnie bezproblemowe dla serwisu zorientowanego dla klienta. Liczy się “system zamknięty” i “nasze procedury”. Poprosiłem telefon do kuriera żeby sam się skontaktować. Zobaczymy czy dadzą.
Funkcjonalność
W jaki sposób przełączać się w aplikacji pomiędzy aktywnymi dietami? Mamy zamówione dwie i nie ma możliwości przełączenia pomiędzy nimi, widać tylko jedno konkretne menu.
