A worse version of Uber

The cars are usually old, most of the rides I had there was something wrong with a car like a check engine control or you could hear something banging.
The app itself has one big issue - I’m tired of getting the notification that my driver will pick me up in less than 2 minutes and if I’ll be late, it’s 0,25zl per each minute, but then I have to wait - like today - 7 minutes in the snow for the driver.
You ask to respect the time of your drivers, then respect mine too.

This is a sad joke

I have ordered my food from the restaurant and I was waiting patiently just to get a notification that my courier decided not to deliver my food. Zero explanation zero contact with the courier NOTHING. I could not even contact Uber because guess what! This app does NOT have any customer service:) I have called the restaurant and they said that my food was being prepared and they can’t do anything because Uber was at fault so not only this app scammed me but the restaurant too. Just try to order food from other services as this one is not reliable with their couriers. This is not the only bad situation and I had many MANY other struggles with their workers but I decided to just suffer through it. Very often late and the time of the order is constantly moving so when they say “the latest it can be is xxx” they are lying. It moves so you can never know if they will ruin your plans. This was my last straw. The fact that your courier can just cancel your order for NO reason and you can’t get to customer service because it does not exist is ridiculous to say the least. I just hope I will get my money back and other than that I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Useless

I was waiting for my bolt more than 10 minutes. After that I received a message that the bolt driver has cancelled my ride. I had issues with taking another driver because my money was blocked and I did not have enough money to get another bolt. I had to wait until my money were received and do it all again.
When I contacted the Bolt Service that maybe they should automatically find me another driver, all I Have received were messages about how sorry they feel and question if this solves my issue. When I was asking what they can do more about it I received notifications that the person, who was supposed to help me, left the conversation. Then, the new person was added and also left the conversation without any message - that happens about 4-5 times. At the end, I have received a message that the case is closed and how do I feel about it. Really? It’a ridiculous because the case is not close … and all the specialized people who were added to the conversation did not even written a word! How did that supposed to help me?
