Great place in Puglia with charming host

Our family of four (two adults and two children) had the pleasure of staying at this location for a week. Our host, Antonella, was a delightful and helpful individual. From day one, she provided us with recommendations for places to visit and delightful restaurants to experience.
The trulli we stayed in was incredibly comfortable, boasting two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Additionally, it featured a private garden equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. The trulli was immaculately clean and offered a pleasant microclimate, which meant we didn’t need to use the air conditioning despite the outside temperature reaching up to 37 degrees.
A few steps from the trulli, nestled in a beautiful fruit garden, was a refreshing saltwater swimming pool. The location was ideal, being a mere six-minute drive from the beautiful city of Locorotondo and approximately 30 minutes from Alberobello and other stunning cities.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place for a truly memorable stay.

Amazing place!!!!

Great place with one of the kindest and warmest hosts from all the hotels I've been to. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, equipped with the most necessary things. There was also a cleaning lady who keeps order in rooms up to date, which has a very positive effect on the reception of the apartment itself. Great location, close to the port, 30 meters from the beach. In the area of the hotel is a promenade by the sea, a large selection of bars, restaurants and other various services that provides you touristic attractions. In area of 2 kilometers you can find many beaches and places to relax. The hotel offers free bike rental and affordable car rental. The owners were very helpful and friendly. On the ground floor of the hotel, it is possible to buy meals, snacks or alcohol. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the charms of Hersonissos and its surroundings.

Problematic app

I faced many issues with the app. From user perspective it is average app with similar problems like other apps where developers don’t understand users. First of all not every time there is available nineteen connection but when it is it still may malfunction. My main problems was that could not make reservation thru app so I did thru web browser, then the confirmation link was not directing to the app itself (which is installed on my mobile) but to App Store where I can download/install app, then I couldn’t load communication with facilities where I had reservation. The information about my reviews of the facilities are somewhere but try to find were. Then there were problems with choosing correct payment tool. There is also some strange politics with the prices when you travel thru different countries you can see how it change and how they dumping prices in the day of stay even when facilities are not fully occupied. Generally in the commission they charge, the services shall provide more transparency and more quality.
