SmartMowing

Hello.
The app is much better now, still you need to polish it. For example the animation of the mower sometimes is not displayed at all and only restart of app brings it back.
What is the worst thing is the SmartMowing which… does not work. It says it should correspond to weather forecast but it does not. It mowes in a heavy rain but does not when the sun shines. Also those „smart” slots, when it is supposed to mow, look strange to me.

Sama aplikacja jest Ok, prosta i czytelna. Nie wiem czy od niej również zależy ze kosiarka nie kosi całego trawnika, mam wrażenie ze inteligentne koszenie całkowicie nie działa. Pada deszcz a kosiarka wyjeżdża do pracy.

Nie jestem pewien, ale zdaje mi się ze we wcześniejszej wersji pokazywała ile % zostało skoszone i w których miejscach.

Tego bardzo mi brakuje.

The application itself is Ok, simple and clear. I do not know if it also depends on it that the mower does not mow the entire lawn, I have the impression that intelligent mowing does not work at all. It is raining and the mower is leaving for work.

I'm not sure, but it seems to me that in the earlier version it showed how many% was mowed and in which places.

I miss that very much.

Buggy and Really Bad Support

The app is slow and full of bugs. Even though it offers just few basic functionalities its wonderfully disfunctional. Hangs frequently, logs out user every time despite you chose to remember your session, it cannot accomodate more than one mower (buzz off large garden owners or professional users). And if you think this kind of experience is not infuriating enough, you haven’t contacted their support yet 😭

thank you very much for your review.
Could you please send us an email with a remark to this review as well as more details regarding the password issue to Indego.Support@de.bosch.com. We would like to take a closer look. We will then also check on the mapping issue you seem to be having.
If by "adding additional mower" you are referring to adding another mower to the same account, then this is not yet possible with our App. Currently only one mower can be paired to one account. If another mower is added, another account has to be created. All created accounts can be accessed via the same smart device though. Being able to control multiple Indego via one account is very high on the wish list of our users. Our developer team is therefore looking into ways on how to accomplish that. We currently cannot say if or when this may get implemented.
