The application from B&W pI7 does not work

Hello. I have already written a few times to the email you provided for support, but I've been waiting for the third week and no one responds to my email. You can reflect. Please redesign the application so that it works on all iOS phones, not haphazardly. You are a reputable company after all. I have your speakers from the 90s and they work great. Hello and welcome!. I bought the B&W pI7 Bluetooth headphones, but the app does not find the headphones even though they pair with my iPhone XS. Some time ago I tried on the iPhone 8 and for a moment the application found the headphones. But at the moment it does not work with any iPhone models anymore. I even tried with my son 13 pro and the headphone app does not find it. How do I use my headphones to the fullest if the application does not allow me to find my headphones. Especially since I would like to track the battery consumption while listening. And so I can only guess how much listening is left on one recharge. I can see that I am not the only one who has such problems. For such expensive equipment, everything should work intuitively and not cause an illustration due to lack of operation! Hi Jerzy,

Thanks for your feedback; we're very sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered.

If you have not done so already, please reset the earbuds, by placing the buds in the charge case, then pressing & holding the small internal button, until the led extinguishes and re-illuminates, after approximately 15 seconds or so.

Please forget all previous pairings for this device on your handsets etc.

Pair the headphones as new, by leaving them in the charge case and pressing & holding the small, internal button, until the led double-flashes blue, after approximately 1.5 seconds or so. Once double-flashing blue, the headphones should be shown in the Bluetooth list of available devices, for you to select on your phone. The pairing will be complete, when the headphones are placed in the ears for use.

Once audio pairing is complete, ensure that the Headphones app has all permissions allowed and that you are not near too many other sources of potential interference, such as wireless devices, keyboards, mice, fitness equipment etc.

Please reduce multitasking on your phone, including streaming, just for the moment you are trying to connect to the app.

Just do it

„For some (unknown) reason we couldn’t connect to...”. Same old story with the new (that’s an euphemism) app. It STILL doesn’t connect though the headphones connect with no problem. No customization possible. Sometimes for some unknown reasons it however connects. What the...? Repair it, Pleeeeesssse!

Useless

I've been trying to connect to my PX with this app for last 3 days without success. Previous app also doesn't work while I did 3 months ago. I have a great pair of headphones I cannot customize.

Hi Pseudoappnotworking, we're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues in pairing your PX headphines to the Headphones App. Our software teams are investigating the causes of this. Consider a power-cycle of the headphones or even a factory reset under the right-hand magnetically retained ear-cup. Alternatively clear the headphones pairing and forget device from the iPhone, together with a power-cycle could assist short term.
