Doesn’t work with old equipment listed in app - control box bought year but after suggestion from provider problem was solved. 😁

Misleading at best

I own RM3 Pro for over a year or even two. In that time I was NEVER able to get it to work with any external service - Google home, IFTTT, Apple Shortcuts. NOTHING is working as intended. The only part that is working is the app and it controls as expected. But for European (i live in Poland) NOTHING more then that is accessible. I would like to execute scenes from shortcut widget on lockscrean - can’t. Same thing with Google Home - nope. IFTTT link to location - can’t. What for you make all those integrations if hardly anyone can use them??

I know Shortcuts are not working officially but for about a day I was able to link app to it (maybe it was ihc). In IFTTT when I want to fire for example my TC2 when i enter a location there are no devices detected from Broadlink account and I cant link location to any device. Again the app is fine, but none of external services you describe work in my country. If the product is sold for EU market then it has to be compatible with what it advertises.

Dear Customer, Apple Shortcuts are not enabled yet. Entertainment appliance: TV, STB, DVD, amplifier cannot be found in Google Home, the service is ended by Google. Regarding IFTTT, may I know what appliance cannot be found or controlled in IFTTT?

Good, but...

The app is great, it connects well with Siri, but the Google assistant cannot see the scenes and does not want to implement them after the set IFTTT name also does not see the scenes only the device. Siri does it perfectly. Unfortunately, scrolling jams as well. Please correct this.
