L’App Candy simply-Fi ti permette di dialogare con il tuo elettrodomestico aiutandoti nello svolgimento delle attività quotidiane ed aggiungendo preziose funzionalità che renderanno il tuo prodotto o il set di prodotti installati più intelligenti e performanti.
Per poter beneficiare delle funzionalità Candy simply-Fi è necessario possedere uno o più elettrodomestici equipaggiati con tecnologia connessa Candy Wi-Fi (Smart Fi+, Smart Fi) o Smart Touch ed un dispositivo compatibile.(*)
La gamma connessa controllabile tramite l’App Candy Simpy-Fi comprende Lavatrici, Lavasciuga, Asciugatrici, Lavastoviglie, Frigoriferi, Forni, Piani Cottura e Cappe d’aspirazione.
Accedendo in modalità Demo potrai esplorare la maggior parte delle funzionalità dell'App Candy simply-Fi, prima dell'acquisto di un elettrodomestico della linea.

Tragedia! App stopped working!!!
Hello, I cannot use simply-fi anymore! I have all lokalisation set to allow for simply-Fi, but the pop up keeps appearing while opening the app! Is no way to use it now. I deleted app, but issue still appears... must be fixed, on internet more users have this issue
Edit: Finally I worked out a solution to make the app work! You need to disable the “Precise Location” for simply-Fi, and you can access the app! Unfortunately it took me a while to resolve it. I add a second star as there is a workaround!
Keep the good work and please update the app to resolve it completely!

It is ok
Application is ok. There is much more programs than directly in machine and they are quite well explained. However, functionality Talking Candy is disappointing. Despite of the fact that just few languages are available, you need to know the proper wording and build proper questions. Otherwise you may not get the answer or instruction will be understood wrongly. For example for question” I would like to wash white delicate towels” I was asked: white or color? It occurred that for answer “no” next sentence was “sorry I did not get it”. Definitely it is not AI. Pity. Maybe in next generation.

App definitely Needs lots of work
Pros: more options available for programs and programming than the machinery.
Cons: AI not Intelligent at all... you have to be really expert in English to get answers... AI usually response is: sorry didn’t get that so better download the manual.
App display more and more often a massage that needs to be connected to local network in order to use location the issue is that is connected to both local network and using location massage is still on the screen
For more than two days every time I was trying to start a washing and drying program the app was crashing, I had to delete and reinstall it
So far I m happy with the machinery but really disappointed with the app.
