mobile app is not useable for like last 3 months…
compared to desktop version of canva, the mobile one is terrible…
after latest update, i cannot make new or edit any of my projects. the app always show grey screen and that’s all… ohhh and that loading screen, at that 'time' i feel like i'am waiting for food that i've never ordered.
please do something with it, because if not i will change the site or programme for one of your rivals, where everything with app is all right

It’s a great… but it’s the little things
The following issues are very frustrating to deal with repeatedly:
- Application crashes when you try upload 60+ or so media at once.
- in the upload section when you want to delete things there is no ‘select all’ (to delete) which is annoying because i want to clear the uploaded stuff once on a while and selecting manually one by one is frustrating.
- In the upload section again after manually selecting over 100 items to delete, and I click the delete trash icon
- the app crashes and fails and the deleting isn’t successful and I have to go and manually select less again and keep trying!.
- Leaving steam that someone else added you in is apparently not possible. This is annoying. Please can you allow people to leave teams even if they are not the owners- surely we have a right to leave? sometimes it’s not possible to request to leave due to personal issues with the leader.
Guys these are basic functions that should be convenient for your users… Please can you enable these functions.

Cheats
This was a good app until they updated it and managed to lose my account. Despite sending proof of payment I’m still locked out of my account and no refund let alone a satisfactory answer has been given.
Update******
after waiting over 3 months for a reply I’ve finally received one!! The problem was never solved after umpteen emails and all my projects were lost. No explanation was given nor did anyone try to return my projects.
