Take control over your health with Cardi Mate. Knowing your vital signs is half the battle in protecting your well-being and improving your lifestyle. Think of Cardi Mate as your personal healthcare diary. In the app, you can track and record your vital signs — all in one easy-to-access place. Store data, use the app to monitor changes in your charts and keep an eye on your health stats. Track your health progress as you go and make sure to record those vital details in the diary.

FEATURES:
- Personal statistics. Track changes in your vitals, monitor your heart rate, and more. Log your data consistently and have an overview of your heart health at your fingertips.
- Pulse & blood pressure diary. Keep healthy and log your heart rate statistics in the app.
- Heart rate variability. You can tell a lot by the time in between each heartbeat. HRV measures this time and gives you an indicator of how your heart health is.
- Stress check. Ever feel your heart racing or quite the opposite? Keep track of your heart stress levels and monitor them with a heart health tracker.
- Arrhythmia. Take care of your heart’s health with regular checks for arrhythmia. Ever felt flutters or skipped beats or just have health concerns? Arrhythmia check can help you keep track of your results.
- Health tests. Want to gain a deeper insight into your heart health? Calculate your heart score, get a heart risk assessment, and take the Cardi Mate quizzes to make sure you're not making some common heart health mistakes.
- Sync the app with Apple Health for optimal heart and overall health tracking. With the extensive data collected by Apple Watch, Cardi Mate will help you gain deep insights into your heart vitals.

The app contains the following subscription options:

- Weekly at $ 7.99 with a 3-day free trial.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
