Never again!!! App to the trash!!!!

I travel a lot and I have a clear overview of transport apps. all over over the world. This app is the worst. 😡 And consultants pretend that they are honest but don't care about you! The company should change its name from CAREEM to SCAREm!! I feel cheated! Why? I booked a ride in Dubai from the hotel and the app showed 77 AED for full trip. Great - even slightly cheaper than the competition. I order, and it has begun! The amount of AED 97 was debited from the card and another amount after the journey. In the end I paid 102 AED. I understand that there are additional fees, but it is 50% more than we agreed! C’mon!!! Is it normal? Not!!! Because in other countries they don't cheat like that. EXAMPLE: you book in the hotel for 100 USD, but when you leave you have to pay 130 USD and no one tells you why! What are you doing? You must be furious! Teh same is with this app!!! —— Recommend taking a normal taxi or a competing company with a black logo. —— When traveling with SCAREm, be prepared to pay 50% more. enjoy!

Terrible service

The service is terrible. The drivers are disrespectful and lazy, the app is simply designed to steal people’s money. Several times I was waiting for a driver to pick me up, and I received calls that they won’t show up and told me to cancel ( obviously for cancellation I owe to pay!), when I don’t cancel, the drivers wait for 15minutes and then charge me money for not showing up. It usually happens at night when it’s very hard to find any other taxi and when it’s dangerous. I’ve started several disputes and contacted the company but they did nothing to help me. They just keep charging me for their incompetent drivers.
