Chunky supports CBZ, CBR, CBT and PDF comics, and understands ComicRack and ComicBookLover tags.
It can browse and download directly from iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Transporter, Google Drive, OneDrive, Amazon Cloud Drive, Box, Pogoplug, Mediafire and Copy, and you can copy files in and out with iTunes on your computer or download them via the built-in web browser.
Upgrade to Pro and it'll also connect to Mac or Windows shared folders, FTP or SFTP servers, ComicStreamer, Calibre or Ubooquity libraries, and run a mini web and webDAV server you can use to copy files in and out.

Problem after newest update
So after the update I have this problem with Chunky on my iPad Air2. While reading after turning the screen off and than on again (or when the screen blacken out on its own and then I turn it back on) the Chunky displays blank black page, and after switching to next or previous page it shows it in a different format than I was reading before - horizontal, while I was reading vertical for example. It's kinda annoying, please fix.
Best Comic Reader.
Seriously. This has got to be the best experience one could hope for when reading cbz/cbr comics. It’s got almost everything (almost, because there’s always something somebody will find lacking, but it’s perfect for me). I dare you to find a better reader. Well, there is one which is nearly as good and is updated quite frequently. It even looks better. But “nearly” is the keyword here. I tested it 6 months ago and to this day it’s lacking some of the obvious features. And it costs quite a bit. All the more reason to give the Chunky a test ride. Highly recommended.
Nice set of features but buggy and no support
I have installed this app and i love the set of features, like iCloud sync and content lock, but the app has bugs: some files are being deleted and library reorg is being ignored upon next app launch.
Wrote the ticket, got back "email account doesn't exist". Great, for a paid app.
For now, don't buy.
