What’s New
Version 1.10.3
We have introduced improvements for Unlimited customers and My Cinema City users. We present the long-awaited Unlimited e-card. From now on, always within reach, available in your account in the app. We've integradted a feature to add tickets to Google Wallet, so you'll always have them with you. We have also introduced the ability to display surveys after the screening, so you can easily share your opinion. All this to make your cinema experience even better!

Ticket sharing
I am finally waiting for a true ticket sharing option. When I have Unlimited and buying a ticket for someone else's Unlimited Card (entering that person data), why this person see no tickets purchased on his/her account in personal app? This is obvious sharing feature I am currently deeply and urgently waiting for.
A lot of room for improvement
The app is a good idea, however as of this moments it’s super unstable, crashes multiple times before I get a chance to book a ticket.
I wanted to report a problem before submitting a 2 star review, but Cinema City doesn’t let me report problems through Apple and whenever I click the link to the developer site, it takes me to a general “Contact Us” form on cinema city’s website. Apple wallet integration still doesn’t work. A couple of improvement ideas: let users choose a favorite cinema to book tickets there, instead of having us go through the process of choosing the cinema every time purchasing a ticket. A great feature would be to let us add the Cinema City Unlimited card to Apple wallet.
Very low quality app distracting one from going into those cinemas
One of the worst apps I ever saw.
1) bunch of movies and documentaries you would see as currently showing do not have any actual active date in the schedule and you spend your time for nothing checking those advertisements. This is disrespect to your customers, as simple as this
2) once you switch from this app to another one (let’s say for 30 seconds cos you need to check your card details) the booking in progress gets closed
3) you pick up a seat, then you decide to check another day or time, and when you come back to your original choice, the seats you previously tapped are shown as occupied and will she showing so for next 15 minutes or so (while you have not actually booked them)
4) ridiculous service fee in the app that is not applied when one buys tickets in the office. You guys really have higher costs when doing another transaction online compared to paying a human cashier? This is not true and we all know it, the only thing you are getting with that service fee is keeping people off the cinemas
5) no Apple Pay option - seriously??
