Great but….
Sometimes it’s asking for logging again. First login attempt giving message that accounts is not exist. Could You please fix that? After fixing this bug we’ll deserved 5*
Keeps changing date on Solius radiators
After last application update I noticed that my radiators don’t kick in,in the morning. I have noticed that date is incorrect on them (January 2023). The fix was to change date manually.
Issue persist as any change on the app,set wrong time on them. No issues with Divali.
I have the wifi bridge.
Totally useless
It's full of bugs, useless app - the worst app to smart home I've ever used. I cannot add my water heater to CozyTouch - always is some problem and I lose my patience. In my partner's phone managed to add the device, but we cannot program it to work at certain time intervals. This app always throws a lot of bugs and we cannot do nothing. And the translations are much worse than made by automatic translator.
