Can't unlock new levels

I've got all the stars from previous chapters, but I can't unlock the new one. There's an info that I'm missing 80 stars, even though I've got more than required.

Impossible to collect clovers without paying

This is FAIL. We know it's freemium and players are forced to pay, but this game is getting morr roddiculous than Facebook games.
