My experience with Foodora delivery service was beyond disappointing. Despite an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes, my order was delayed for over 2 hours without any valid explanation.
To compound the issue, the order was falsely marked as delivered, yet the courier never showed up.
Adding insult to injury, Foodora's support is unavailable after 23:00, preventing me from filing a complaint about the excessive delay. It's crucial to note that the prolonged wait was not my fault, and the lack of available support only exacerbates the already frustrating situation.

This level of unreliability and unavailability of customer support beyond a certain time is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against relying on Foodora.

Terrible application and even more terrible service, use better Bolt food or any other than this one. They are overpricing for delivery and ripping people off money. In any other application the service fees are way cheaper and service is just better.
