Hello I am not a casual review writer but I honestly cannot express my love for the db navigator. I’ve been traveling for the past 12h, my trains got cancelled and delayed and if it wasn’t for db I would be freaking out and would have probably gotten stuck in the middle of nowhere. Now I’m on my last train headed to my dearly beloved hometown thanks to DB’s precise guidance on my complicated journey. Thank you db people for taking care of train travelers, thank you for keeping the app updated almost to a minute and most of all for showing numbers of platforms (super useful!!).Greetings

The application is fine. But the subscription system is bad planned. I’ve bought a deutschland ticket. I wanted it only for one month, because I’m a traveler. So, I thought that I could cancel the subscription in the end of the month. No, it was a lie. I have bought a ticket on 9th, and paid for that only 13th. 30th I wanted to cancel it, and it didn’t allow to do it, it said I could cancel it only by the end of next month and that means I should pay for next month as well. When I asked support guy about it, he didn’t answer on my questions and just told me it’s such a system. So, the correct flow right now, if you want to buy a ticket only for a month , you should buy it and cancel the subscription on the same time. It’s useless and unclear for foreign people like me. Please make somewhere a note about it. Because I thought if I will cancel the subscription you will get back my current ticket.

Amazing job. This app is very easy to use and super useful. Shows real time information about platforms, delays etc. Great navigation which shows exactly when to transfer etc.

I like this app. It’s better than local one (RMV). It’s pretty fast, reliable and easy to use. There are some problems. The biggest one is it sometimes show things that are easy to understand for frequent users but misleading to casual ones. For example once it showed me I should enter RB40 train while this number never comes to the station I was waiting on. Turned out it was RB41 which is same as RB40 but well, I didn’t know that so I spent another hour waiting.
This update brings two practical new features:
You can now book Call a Bike bicycles directly in DB Navigator. In addition, the new "Viable connections only" filter helps you find the connections that are currently available and relevant for your journey more quickly.
