I have bought an item and was already delivered to me, but in mobile app it’s showing me that still on the way.Another problem is with liked products, the products I marked as liked on web aren’t visible on mobile in the liked list

Do not recommend it, better use normal web page. Wishlist is not working at all - I’ve added few items, when i go back to the wishlist I’ve got an alert without text, just “wishlist_sync_alert_title”, “wishlist_sync_alert_message” and “wishlist_sync_alert_button”. After clicking button (cause alert is blocking screen) some items are randomly removed from list..Filters sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t - I tried to filter by setting minimum price and then sort by price ascending. Not possible - it sorted but filter wasn’t applied.Sometimes I cannot open my purchase history as the app is crashing randomly..

It gets worse and worse. Can’t even order anymore. Asks me to choose delivery address, but there’s no section for it whatsoever resulting in errors over and over. Can’t get past the step. Also, using your points and benefits was so much easier back in the day, now you have to log into separate service and go down like 3 levels to be able to scan your discounts. Shame. Giving one star because you can at least go through products and check their availability.

Every couple of days when I open the app, it keeps asking me to select “my store” - I’ve done this a dozen times already, but it still doesn’t save my choice. On top of that, the store search is glitchy - I can’t just type in the store name, I have to enter my city and then manually pick the store from the map. It’s super annoying and really takes away from the overall experience. Other than that, the app’s nice

I downloaded the app for the Decathlon Active program. The review points were not credited, despite the product being added to the account after purchase in a store (The second product on the receipt was approved and the review points were awarded, the first one is listed as unverified). I contacted customer service twice. Similarly, for activity, despite connecting to a Garmin watch, the points disappear within one week without being credited after previously filling the bar for 60 minutes.

App would be really great if it wasn’t for a strange lack in functionality. There are no shared favorites or shopping car sections ! This is like a basic thing in shopping apps you guys. It’s really annoying when you search through things or add them to cart on your phone, add them to favorites and then later run the app on the iPad just to see that there is nothing there. Please add such feature to this app 🙏
