my great daily plan

I love the application and daily plans which it provides to me. Dishes are very tasty, I can easy change a meal if I am not happy and I love an idea to have 5 meals per day. Meals are very easy to prepare and you can pack it to work or when you travel. I also work out. I have already tried many programmes and they are really great. Because I had a chance to meet Ania few times and I also came for a camp with her this application reminds me her and a great time which we had. In this application Ania prepared you everything to have an excallent body- healthy dishes and a proper training. The only what you need to do is to open it and do it! Trust me, it works.

Good apps good trainings

I like these trainings a lot, there is a nice variety of trainings to choose, totally will recommend it.
I would give a lot to be able to switch language in the app tho, I used to have it in English, after buying new subscription on the webpage it switched to Polish.

Much more disappointing than (ever) expected

I am really surprised with the level of this app - its lack of attention to details, a robot-like voice, constantly repeated phrases, no music, a very confusing and unintuitive program change options, how negligently the voice passages are cut and simply how boring the app is. In my opinion it also lacks more detailed explanation of how to excercise in a technically correct way. Let alone the pregnant-trading, which has been being announced for weeks now and still nothing there...I am definitely going to search for other trainers and other home trading options. This one simply is not worth its money. And it’s lacks the sparkle and the fun-factor sport itself is sooo full of.
