Worked well . . . until last update

Pretty nice app worked well until last update. It deleted all achievements, stickers, brusher profile, long story short everything. Try to explain that to a 6 year old.

Issue not connected with the eqipment, as it happened after the “BB8” update on 2 different devices.

Manual calendar update works, but it only unlocks one stickers’ album compared to regular brushing which after while unlocks couple of them.

My advice, if you create apps for kids, you better make sure those work, cause you can easily create a lot of dissapointment.

Connection issues

App have difficulties with Internet connection. Usually I need to run it 10-20 times to open, otherwise it shows no Internet access. Tried switching to 4G, same, different SSID on WI-FI, same. Even if it will finally connect kids don’t see sticker due to lack of Internet access. All other apps which needs Internet access works perfectly fine at the same time, just one have issues. Beside that (which is huge inconvenience) I don’t imagine better app to convince kids to brush their teeth.

Poor app

Poor app. Missing localization,instead text LOC is shown. Unable to scan kid toothbrush.
