I have a problem

I buy 3000 coins for 14,99, app take money from bank account but coins was not added in game, please help

Cheating with the ads

On the free version, there is a massive of ads. It is so annoying! However, the most annoying thing is the moment when the system asks you whether you want more points in exchange for advertising, or whether you prefer to maintain the same number of points without advertising. However, when the user selects "no ads, maintain the same Nr of points", the ad will appear anyway and the number of points remains the same. In my opinion, this is cheating the player. And a super annoying thing. Too many ads! Ugh! But the play is awesome.
