I am trying to register. I would like only pay for the ride. It should be simple - provide registration number and start - end of the road. Not in this app, i have to provide technical details, four different weights of the usual personal car under 3,5t?! It is impossible to know this details. Registration outside app is another failure. There is no way to add the car - you provide many technical details, scan of the registration document and there is a loop in process - you click to continue and start again. But the bigest failure is travelling via this highways. Trafic at the payment stations is doubled because this etol system, closed and mess - people dont know - if they could use the lane or not. I would not drive to this semi highway again! It is waste of time and money! I hope the NIK institution will make something with this mess!

It’s impossible to use the app. In fact, you’ll pay the toll faster with cash. To do so with this app will make you frustrated and you’ll have to fall back to cash anyways.

The worst nightmare is the registration process. Overly bureaucratised. You need to give them your SSN (PESEL) number, phone number, email and log in with bank or governmental body identity provider. To get an invoice, you’ll be forced to submit the company’s mandate in PDF to allow you so. Apple should investigate this app and its data collection and use policies. I think it’s not compliant even with the general rules for data collection in App Store.
None of this is needed paying the toll with cash. You just pay and go.

I think press coverage is needed. We’re taking so much about climate change, whereas introducing this app causes huge congestions, massive delays (we’re talking 30+ minutes waiting times) and creates risky situations on Polish highways.

Just not to look like a total jerk in here who’s only complaining I’m offering a solution;) Just allow people to pay with Apple Pay or any other payment processor WITHOUT REGISTRATION. I don’t need to give my SSN and get my identity verified 3 times with annoying text messages when paying with cash or card at the gates. Why would I with this app?

The worst application ever!!! Even students write better UX. I’ve been in IT business for 20 years but this app is dip… Constructive critic:

You cannot start journey on iphone se 2 with standart text size, as you don’t see green button as someone placed in to bottom and never tested on small screens. The page is not scrollable and you cannot see/press on button and start. Easy fix: place button to the top. Mid term fix: make app scrollable and make it work with any size of text as people may increase font to see text better. Long term fix: test applications on all supported iphones phones and screen resolution. QE should manually click every possible UX flow and make sure it works before releasing app to appstore.
