Emirates ID update doesn’t work

I have awful situation because of this bug and poor quality of customer support in store.

While I was in Dubai I came to the Etisalat store in Dubai Mall and requested to add my Emirates ID to my account.

They told me it was successful, so I returned to my home country (Poland).

But now the app tells me that my account will be blocked tomorrow. Why? What can I do now? I can’t return to Dubai immediately again.

Updating ID with the UAE pass doesn’t work. There is an bug in the app (not only my problem, my colleagues also can’t add ID that way).
