Everything is ok apart possibilities of real contact by phone with consultant when we have problem with a lot of cases like for example shipping, payment etc. instead of it “question and answer” sections and only contact by form (with few area to write about our problem) is not well solution. Company like this should to have consultans for every countries! If i want to figure out some problems i want to talk in real with somebody who will want to help me in difficult period (for example when is a problem with some packages, money or bad people who want steal from us money).
Rest in app and ebay is ok

I didn’t send my item

I ordered an item and I didn’t get the item nor the refund. They didn’t mention any information about when and where I will receive it. They didn’t notify me when the item has been delivered. They only wrote on the tracking sign it delivered on 10th April I had to check my mail box and I found a paper from the post and when I went to the post they said they returned my item because it has been there for 14 days. I contacted the seller and the customer service explained my situation neither of them helped me. the customer service asked me only to contact the seller who didn’t answer my message. It was the first time and the last time to order from this app and I don’t recommend anybody to buy form them.
