It is not so easy to download the app and make it work. Once i’ve done that it’s working perefctly. What I miss though is the option of adding maps of other floors of my house. This way I wouldn’t have to start the maps while moving the robot between them... Developers, please think about it 🙏🙂. Thanks!

Edit: please STOP the robot from coming back to already cleaned rooms! I have set up the order but the robot keeps coming back after cleaning last room to other rooms which is IMO completely UNNECESSARY and makes the cleaning longer plus puts the dirt from last sector (the dirtiest one) into child’s room while mopping! This problem got worst with recent updates!

Application is lacking a lot of features that others brands do have. This information can be found on the internet easily and seems like Ecovacs doesn’t care. However, I could live with that provided that the app works. But lately, I can’t do anything in like 80% of the times I try because of the “data acquisition timeout error”. It is very annoying and area cleaning gets complicated as often the only thing which is left is the button on the robot (which cleans everything). The Deebot T9 that I have is rather expensive than cheap and this really shouldn’t be the case in “premium” robots area. Giving 2 (not 1) stars as without his error the app lacks features but works and has the most necessary options.

App doesn’t work as earlier. Function for selected cleaning doesn’t work as the screen got divided in half and functions are not available. Somebody already reported that robot starts moving around when there is loss of power. It also gets discharged when got stuck.
