Terrible customer service for residents
I called the customer service and was told that even if I have a valid Saudi driving license I still need to share with them my international and home country driving licenses. What for, nobody knows as this is just ridiculous. Well there are other firms which don’t make such silly issues. I already uninstalled the app.
Ekar is waste of money and time
Be aware of using this ekar app, I am so sorry I had a lot of problems that they take a lot of money from nothing, the cars not working, the money they take for everything, the reservations not working you are going to waste time and car might not be there, might not open and the money will be taken, this is my experience.
