Nie działa podpięcie karty
Nie można dodać karty płatniczej do profilu. Sprawdzałem trzy karty (Visa i MC) i w każdym przypadku po „poprawnym” dodaniu karty do profilu, karta ma status „zawieszona” i nie jest aktywna.
Rude drivers that don’t respect other languages, support that doesn’t respond
“driver” of this taxi service parked in my parking lot and when I blocked him(because I don’t have any other parking lots) he came back and started saying that this is not my parking lot. When I showed him a document that I own the parking lot he started screaming that there is no special sign that the parking is private(but this is not true and it’s obvious for person who knows driving rules). Moreover, he said that I have to speak Polish in Poland, not English, not Ukrainian(I was trying to speak Polish but my lever is weak and I used some English phrases and I’m not Ukrainian or from English speaking country). So I don’t know how this rude “driver” can drive tourists if he doesn’t respect other languages.
The support has not responded the whole day, so, I think, I must warn others against using this taxi.
Liar
I was cheated. Their website said they provide baby safety seats, but the car that arrived didn't have one. Your price is twice as high as other companies. Why?
