So when inputting orders, limit prices, stop losses etc you trigger a numerical keyboard and then you don’t accept a comma while numerical keyboard doesn’t expose a dot. So I need to input my value in a different app with a dot, copy that value and paste it in your input. Please fix it by accepting a comma.

I have lost confidence in your platform. I did my best, tried to upload my documents several times in different ways when it was time to do so, each time it failed. In my opinion, the problem does not even lie in my knowledge of your system (and I am a new user, I do not need to know it), but the fact that your data registration and verification process is unintuitively programmed.
Money has disappeared from my account and to this day I have not received it back to my bank account from which it was deposited. I also tried many times to contact your service and BOT doesnt understand what I’m asking for.
Please clarify the matter as soon as possible, and send me my money back.

Do not put any significant amount of money on this platform. My account was closed suddenly with no explanation and my money was withheld right during a correction. My funds were only available to me after the market recovered meaning I took a very big loss.

This, and many other kinds of manipulations they do all the time are allowed according to etoro T&C.

To this date I have no idea why my account was terminated, and why it was done in the most terrible fashion with a notice that happened over the weekend when markets are closed.
