Just poor
There are little products compared to what’s offered in physical stores. And because of that is super difficult to reach the (increasing!) amount required to have no surcharge. Also the app is crude and difficult to use. There is no option to choose “don’t replace” for all products at once, you have to click one by one - and it works super slowly. Also when you add a product to your basket a notification appears, obstructing the search feature so it also slows down shopping. I got free premium package for three months, but it’s too annoying to use even for free, not to mention paying for it.
Poor choice, bad shopping experience
I shop this way to avoid carrying heavy stuff (like water, juices etc) to the 4th floor by myself.
Shoppers have information about the delivery up front, it’s there when they take the order. Application advertises itself as a full-service support, along with carrying products up the stairs even if the elevator is broken. That’s what I pay for.
The shoppers, however, omit on purpose all heavy things (like juices, water, shugar etc) so I end up paying for chewing gum or all those products I just put in the basket to get the minimum amount. They say the shop was out of products (which is not true), and I’m left paying for delivery up to the door - delivery of all products BUT the important ones I ordered.
Just poor…
They are charging a lot compared to other vendors, like Glovo or Tesco.
Customer support doesn’t work: some translations are missing and appearing in Italian, you don’t have “Send” button in Contact form.
It’s just sad, how poorly supported app is on new market
