It used to be better

I have been using Evernote for more than 10 years. However after many updates and "enhancements" in user interface (recent major updates in user interface both on computer and smartphone) I encounter frequent issues with synchronisation between devices. The applications "forgets" to synchronise and as a result I make amendments in evernote desktop application, then on my mobile phone and I get conflict of changes. It is very annoying. There is no way to force synchronization. I was thinking about switchng to a different solution but it is to difficult after creating hundreds of notes in Evernote.

It used to be better

I'm long time premium user. It was realy great app at the beginning. But now even small request like changing the icon for squircle to not burn Your eyes in macos dock when all other apps arealready accomodate this simple change and the only one left in my dock is BIG ROUND EVERNOTE ICON.
Other than that. Application is not developing enough in comparison to competition.

Not for power users :(

I have been a great fan and ambassador of evernote, but having significant number of notes and notebooks now my app freezes all the time both online and as a desktop app. I have been discussing that with support team for several weeks now - without any improvement. Now I am in trouble how to move all the notes and notebooks to another app, while work I keep in it is very important for me and I am not able to continue it because of the freezing that happens every minute (for several minutes) that puts me out of my flot. It is unbearable This app is not for power users. Unless they improve it. I am very sorry about that.
