Error
I made upgrade and the game after some seconds turn off. I can’t do anything. I can’t write to support because appear an error and returns to beginning and when the map appear again the same. Error, closing the game.

It used to be the best game
I’m afraid of my phone (iPhone X - quite a good phone) while playing. It turns really hot, the battery consumption is enormous (without playing it use to be 2 days) while playing the battery last literally 5-6 hours. They implemented pop up’s on the whole screen with “promotion packs” of energy or resources to buy for real money, they are really enjoying, and usually freeze the game or slow it down. Today the game froze before opening the advertisement, I couldn’t do anything (even close the game) my phone stopped working. I was afraid it is broken, I couldn’t even restart the phone for around 2 minutes. I don’t recommend to play the game anymore, especially if you would like to do it while using public transport, and you have a ticket app on the phone. I may end up very bad for you :(

fun game but jams
In the evening the game was running and in the morning it didn't open anymore. I had several islands open at the same time. Equivalent island finite stands empty, but still to go to a completely new island, after 24 hours I have a much newer, often infinite island closed, and the Equivalent island is still going on. Recently, I wanted to re-enter the newest island and I was informed that if I do, another island will close and still create the keys, not the equivalent. After this event, Family Island stopped functioning ... and he thinks I was a nice user with a measurable income ... the game is also fun, it is thoughtful when you wait, it is not demanding and enjoyable
